Shipping

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. If for any reason your item is not in stock it will be dispatched within 4-5 working days. We will contact you to let you know if there will be any further delay. If you require your order urgently or need a guaranteed next day delivery please contact us, and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Returns

We want you to be very happy with your purchase from The Jeanery, but on rare occasions you might need to return an item. Here is our simple returns policy. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for the returned goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery). 

Unwanted goods

We will refund unwanted goods that are in their original unworn condition within 14 days of the date on which you received them. All you need to pay for is the return postage.

Faulty goods

If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us to let us know and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In the event of you returning faulty goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage.
